Thank you so much for volunteering to help at the check-in table!

The check-in tent/table is at the entrance of the musician parking/camping area.
Here is what we need your help with...

• Please welcome everyone as they come up to the table!!!
  We are thrilled to have new folks this time and want it to make it as easy as possible for them!!!

• Ask if they are performer or guest.

• Guests will have their name on the 'Guest List'... please give them a wrist band, offer them a schedule and map, and welcome them.

• Each performer will have an envelope... in alphabetical order... by last name...  in the boxes. 

• Please tell each performer what is in their envelope and invite them to fill out their nametag at the table to your left.... which will be out of the way of the line. :)

• Performers will have...   name tag, wrist band, their own schedule, meal ticket (PLEASE tell them where the volunteer lunch room is... at the far end of the schoolhouse building.... entrance is across from the barn.)

• Please offer EVERYONE a complete schedule and a map!

• One person or two will need to be at the gate with the list to greet drivers and direct them in parking.
  Only folks who have their name on our list of performers and guests may park in the musician's parking area.  One person in the car needs to be on the list.

Joe and Katie will be at the check-in tent to help you start the day.
